If you are looking for more than just a chance to chill and relax there are many things to keep you busy within minutes of your Pod. You can step out of your front door and fish in our well stocked lake. Fishing
If you are staying with us and you would like to fish we host a very popular venue.
The fees are:

Kettles Farm is a superb destination for walking and outdoor enthusiasts, perfectly positioned in Suffolk. We offer just the right facilities for adventurers who want to shower, eat and refresh ready for the next day’s adventures. There are facilities for washing and drying clothes, to clean muddy boots, hooks to hang wet coats and storage outside each pod. You’re guaranteed a good night’s sleep on our mattresses and comfortable sofa beds, and we have all the facilities you’ll need for cooking.
Cycling
Kettles Farm, just off the 51 national cycle route, is a great place to start a day’s cycling expedition along the lanes and rolling hills of the local area. We can hook you up with the services of local bike shops and organisers who have supported our customers with bike hire and recommendations on routes for all abilities.
Flying
Rattlesden Gliding Club operates from the historic Rattlesden Airfield, once the home of the US Air Force 477th Bomber Regiment.
Take a unique flight experience to 3,000ft above the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The day will start with a full safety and flight briefing with a British Gliding Association qualified instructor who will then show you around your glider.
You’ll then take an aerotow (instructor will be in control) to release height where, if you feel comfortable,
you’ll be given the opportunity to take the controls and experience the thrill of flying yourself (the
instructor will show you how – it’s easier than you might think).
Your instructor will land the glider and following a de-brief you’ll be presented with a personalised
certificate and will be able to share the memory with friends and family forever.
